Opening hours

In Paraná, shops, commercial centres and most businesses open at 9.00 a.m. and close at 6.00 p.m. without closing for lunch, from Monday to Friday, and from 9.00 a.m. to midday on Saturdays. Some establishments, such as pharmacies, supermarkets and shopping centres also open on Sundays and holidays and close later at night.

Opening hours of banks are more restricted, generally from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. or 4.00 p.m. However, banks provide ATMs at the agencies that are open 24 hours a day, and in large stores and business, such as shopping centres.
